A habit tracker is a simple way to measure how you are doing in the formation of a good habit or end of a bad habit.
I created this printable to help myself build better habits, and originally was going to add it to the planner I have in the works, but decided to share it as a freebie instead. Other tracker designs will be coming in the future.
Habit tracking is powerful for three reasons.
- It gives you a visual cue that can also act as a reminder.
- Seeing your progress can be motivating. Don’t break your streak.
- It feels satisfying to record your triumph at any given moment.
