ENOUGH - Classic Bracelet
Everyone has a period in their life where they feel they aren't 'good enough'. Did you know that there is actually a diagnosis for that... it's called Atelophobia. Atelophobia is the Fear of Imperfection or of things going wrong. It often manifests itself as a 'perfectionist' thinking style and can lead to a constant feeling of 'inadequacy' or of not being 'good enough'.
Do you want a tangible daily reminder that helps you that YOU ARE ENOUGH? A reminder to let go of the worry and fear of not being good enough? If so, then maybe this ENOUGH bracelet is the boost you need. Don't let the fear of making mistakes, of not being good enough paralyze and prevent you from living your life to the fullest.
This has been pre-stamped with the word ENOUGH. It is on a black waxed nylon cord available in a Brass or Nickel token.
All of our custom bracelets come to you on a MyIntent Artisan Card. Our tokens are blank on one side for your word of intent and have authentic MyIntent branding engraved on the back. Each card will include a space for you to fill out why you chose the word Courage as a reminder, and the card will be personally signed by me.
For Nickel, Black, Silver Plated and Gold Plated tokens: use a wet cloth to gently clean the token with water ONLY, do not use any other product or it might damage the token's coating and plating!
Use the cleaning method below for BRASS tokens ONLY! Our Brass tokens are not plated, nor are they coated. As a result, the Brass token naturally oxidizes over time.
During the oxidation process, your Brass token will become naturally darker in color. Some parts of the token may appear darker and may develop brown or green spots. This is normal and easily amended by the instructions below.
There are multiple ways you can clean your **BRASS **token. Here are a few ways we recommend:
For light cleaning, hot, soapy water, and soft cleaning cloth may be all you need. Wipe down the surfaces with the cloth. Use a toothbrush to scrub in crevices. Rinse the item with clean, warm water and dry thoroughly.
For heavier cleaning try these homemade remedies:
- Ketchup: The mild acid in tomatoes removes tarnish and dirt from brass. Rub ketchup onto item with a soft cloth, rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly.
- Lemon Juice: Straight lemon juice can be used to clean brass and bring back shine. After cleaning with lemon juice, wipe with damp cloth and buff dry.
- Vinegar, Salt and Flour: Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt into 1/2 cup of vinegar, mix in small amounts of flour until the mixture becomes a paste. Using an old cloth, rub the paste onto the brass. Leave the paste on for about 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water and buff dry.
- Water, Salt and Vinegar: Heat a pint of water, stir in 2 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar. Rub the mixture onto the brass, then dry with a clean rag.
