How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been fulfilled. Please contact us within 24 hours of order placement through the Contact Us page. Cancellations are not guaranteed after that time frame. Custom Orders can not be canceled once production has started.

We can customize a wide variety of our available products. If there is something specific you are looking for, we can discuss a custom option for our Printable Downloads, Wall Art and Home Furnishings, even skincare or jewelry. Just reach out and start a conversation via the contact us form. 

 

Please know that if you are looking for a custom order in our soaps, our cold or hot process soaps have a 4-6 week cure time before we can ship them. 

 

 We can also customize labels for your special day.

Short answer, yes. Any product with natural herbs, colorants or even fragrance oils with vanilla can have the tendency to discolor.

While we try our best to anticipate what the final product will look like things can affect the outcome. Also, all of our products are made in small batches and can differ slightly from batch to batch.

Are your products Gluten Free - Hypoallergenic - Sensitive Skin approved?

We strive to make the best products and accommodate all skin types. However, we do make every product in the same location with the same equipment. This goes for nuts as well, we do make some products with walnut shells, Sweet Almond Oil, Shea Butter, etc.

We always provide full ingredients lists upon request, as well as on all packaging. We suggest checking out the ingredient lists and if you have any questions we are happy to help.

Why isn't my jar or bottle filled to the brim?

Most of our products are filled and labeled by weight, which means that your jar or bottle may not be completely filled to the top. We also don't fill beyond the "threads" on the jars & bottles because during the shipping process products can expand & contract due to a variety of factors including shipment & weather temperatures.

We hope to ensure that your product will get to you safely without leaking by leaving just a bit of extra room in the jar or bottle. You will always get the correct weight of product no matter what.

Why do some products have high temperatures and melt warnings?

What if my payment is delayed?

Once payment has been received, then we will begin to process your order. We do not ship orders without proof of payment.

How long will it be before my order ships?

Our order processing clock starts counting the day you place an order. However, any order received after 4:30 PM Eastern time, the processing time will not start until the next business day. We try to have all orders processed & shipped in 3-4 days at the most. Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

Although, orders including custom products will have a processing time of 5-7 days as those products are made fresh.

What are my payment options?

Here on the website we accept payments through Wix Payments. Wix accepts Debit & Credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. 

Payments can also be processed through PayPal or Square.

With the nature of handmade beauty products, high temperatures may affect your final product. We use great ingredients like Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, etc. that can melt in high temperatures.
